Topics include Bill Clinton and American foreign policy, including response to conflicts in Bosnia, Somalia and Iraq; Canadian national vote and the Quebec issue; N.A.F.T.A.; economic cold war with China and Japan; European leadership; German-American relations; and Haiti. Four articles by Nuechterlein are also included. Correspondents include Martin J. Havran and Paul Kattenburg.
